Commercial Construction Estimator

Established Commercial General Contractor is seeking an Estimator their Commercial Construction Operations. Their pipeline is significantly higher than anticipated for the next couple years. Additionally, our client places a strong emphasis on positive company culture and they want to grow their team with strong construction professionals.

Manage all documentation to ensure projects are compliant, on schedule, and within budget

- Schedule projects in logical steps

- Accurately budget time required to meet project deadlines

- Track and analyze data to reduce gaps between estimates and actual costs

- Prepare and present documentation to clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other project personnel

- Minimum 3 years of ground-up, commercial construction estimating experience required

- S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline preferred

- Must have estimating experience with General Contractor

- Proficient using construction estimating software
