Job Description:
DriveLine Retail is searching for a highly skilled District
Manager to oversee retail operations within designated territories.
As a pivotal component of our leadership team, the District Manager
will ensure the successful execution of merchandising and
operational strategies in various locations. This role requires a
dynamic leader capable of managing multiple projects, driving
excellence in retail standards, and aligning store outputs with
strategic organizational goals. Oversee daily operations, staffing,
and administration across multiple retail locations within the
district. Implement effective merchandising strategies that align
with consumer demands and store formats. Drive sales and
profitability goals while managing budget and cost control
measures. Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with
company policies and retail best practices. Lead, mentor, and
develop store managers and teams to enhance performance and career
growth. Liaise with corporate management to roll out new
initiatives and ensure comprehensive support for operational
activities. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to
recommend improvements and adjustments in strategies. Strong
leadership and people management skills Proficient in retail
management software and CRM systems Excellent communication and
organizational capabilities Ability to analyze financial and
performance data Proven capability in project and inventory

Certification in Retail Management (preferred) Project Management
Professional (PMP) certification (a plus)
