Our office has more leads than we can handle (our current agents
literally can't keep up)!

Responsibilities:
Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase
agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the
sale
Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential
buyers
Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their
wants and needs in a home
Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local
housing market
Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting
and mortgage options
--- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about
potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
--- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an
efficient and smooth transaction experience
--- Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their
satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
--- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home
wants and needs and close the deal
--- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales
opportunities
--- Followup with provided leads according to our established model
that we teach you
Qualifications:
Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real
estate trends
At least one year of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant real
estate experience
Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
