In this credit/accounts receiveable role you will represent all Medeco employees to our customers. We need people that are able to learn our processes and build a relationship with customers. Position Summary: In this role as a Credit Services Representative, you will contribute to our top-line growth, profitability, and free cash flow metrics while minimizing the risk of bad debt losses and maintaining compliance with company payment terms.Expected Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Evenings and weekends as needed. Currently the position is on a hybrid schedule. Once training is completed, the option to work from home would be available on Mondays and Tuesdays only. Hybrid schedule is subject to change at company's discretion.Essential Functions: 1. Review customers as defined by credit policy2. Liase between credit and sales groups to ensure customer credit limit issues are resolved with minimum disruption to the customers3. Call delinquent customers including regular and repeated follow-up to be done until the delinquent balance is paid4. Address and resolve customer balance disputes5. Communicate and handle all customer concerns6. Maintain communication with all customers to ensure they are kept informed about credit and collection issues and necessary procedures/actions required to resolve the matter7. Daily release of customer orders on credit hold8. Cash application9. Follow-up on all customer deductions/chargebacks to ensure the proper backup is received and advise customer if credit will be denied or processed10. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies and procedures11. Other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelors Degree with 3-5 years or equivalent experience without a Bachelors Degree is acceptable2. Experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards3. Excellent computer skills and proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)4. Experience working with multiple entities5. Ability to handle multiple tasks6. Ambition, energy, and drive to continuously improve processes7.
