Join us and start doing your life's best work.SMAs a Senior Broker Agent Service Representative, you'll focus on providing phone support to Sales Representatives by answering general sales support questions and assisting with system navigation. This position is full - time (40 hours / week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8 hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (7:00am to 8:00pm CST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime that could include a Saturday.Our office is located at MN006 - 0700 - 9800 HealthCare Lane Minnetonka MN 55343, VA040-1000 3645 Thirlane Road NW, Valley Court, Roanoke Virginia 24019, CO008 - 1000 9945 Federal Drive #100, Colorado, Springs, CO 80921, AZ008-1000 - 4425 East Cotton Center Blvd Phoenix, AZ 85040. Employees will be required to work some days onsite and some days from home*All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.Primary Responsibilities:

• Handling in - bound phone calls professionally, while providing excellent customer service
• Research and resolve sales agent's questions relating to:
• How to use self - service tools
• Member concerns
• Medicaid and Medicare verification
• Application status and eligibility
• On - boarding and certification process
• Commission injuries
• Document call resolution of each contact in various systems in a clear and concise manner
• Demonstrate the ability to provide a quality experience for all of our customers
• Meet minimal performance goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Computer skills including but not limited to: knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook (ability to create, edit, save and send documents, spreadsheets, presentation, correspondence)

    • Experience working in a call center
    • Healthcare and / or insurance industry experience
    • Medicare knowledge
    • Experience supporting a sales team or working with sales representativesSoft Skills:
      • Ability to learn new computer applications quickly and toggle between multiple systems
      • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (verbally and written)
      • Ability to multi - task
      • Experience navigating a computer while speaking on the phoneTelecommuting Requirements:
