Coordinator Location : Asheboro, NC Start Date: Match 2026
Duration: Through the end of 2026; possibility to extend based on
study regulatory approval Schedule: M-F - 20-40 hours per week;
after 3 months, decrease to ~20 hours/week (based on study need),
with preference to schedule hours around participant visit
schedules. Pertinent Project Details: Phase 3 Open-Label Extension
Study Site lead by one Principal Investigator; no current full-time
support staff High participant enrollment (>30 patients), but
participant visits are only expected every 6 months Duties may
include but are not limited to: Data entry and query resolution ISF
maintenance IP accountability documentation Process/SOP
implementation Other 'administrative' duties Prioritization of
inspection readiness activity support, with ongoing support of
regular study maintenance Ideal Candidate: Regional/local to
Asheboro, NC Ability to commit a dedicated number of hours to the
site, with ability to increase hours depending on study needs
Research experience working at the site level with investigators
Experience implementing SOPs/processes at the site level
Training/experience on ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements Ability
